the Returns, why?
Every Cool Ass Golf Car Seat System we sell is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange your seat within 30 days of purchase.
All items returned require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and must be in like-new condition AND re-packed in their original packaging for the return process to be completed.
Our RMA number is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. In order to receive credit, your return package must be received at our facility by the expiration date listed.
Any Special Order items may ONLY be returned in the case of a manufacturer's defect. For assistance and warranty information, please contact Customer Service department.
How To Return an Item
Please call Customer Service department Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm MST to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
And returns within our 30-Day Return Window, your Cool Ass Golf Car Seat System MUST be returned in its original packaging (plastic bag and shipping carton), and clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the box. Parcels without an RMA number or in other packaging will be refused.
Please ship the Cool Ass Golf Car Seat System back to the address provided by the Customer Service Representative. If you are returning a Cool Ass Golf Car Seat System due to shipping damage, a manufacturer's defect, or the item received is not what was ordered, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
If not returning with a pre-paid label, please use a shipping service that can be tracked such as Fedex or UPS. We cannot guarantee refunds for items sent via non-trackable means. We are unable to accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Once we have received and inspected your Cool Ass Golf Car Seat System, a refund or exchange (as requested) will be processed. Returned Cool Ass Golf Car Seat Systems must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Please allow for up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
